The service
Swimnote is provided free of charge and "as is." We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we don't guarantee uptime or that your data will always be available. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Your content
The lanes and notes you create are yours. You're responsible for what you put in them. You give us permission to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you — and to anyone you choose to share a link with.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Swimnote for anything illegal or harmful.
- Don't attack, overload, or attempt to break the service or other people's accounts.
- Please don't store sensitive, confidential, or regulated information — it's a lightweight tool, not a vault.
Accounts
Sign-in is handled through Google. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
No warranty & liability
Swimnote is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above will be updated.
